Location: New Jersey

We are seeking experienced Med-Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 13-week contract assignment in an acute care hospital setting. This role is ideal for nurses comfortable managing diverse medical-surgical patients and continuous cardiac monitoring in a fast-paced environment.

Local and travel RNs are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult Med-Surg and Telemetry patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing patient monitoring
• Interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms and respond to changes in condition
• Administer IV medications and treatments per protocol
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure adherence to hospital safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required
• Minimum 2+ years of recent Med-Surg and/or Telemetry experience required
• Acute care hospital experience required
• Strong clinical assessment and prioritization skills

Required Certifications

• BLS required
• ACLS required
• Telemetry competency required

Contract Details

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts (days or nights based on availability)
• Employment Type: Contract (not permanent)
