Areas of focus are clinical care management, medication management, risk management, quality assurance, regulation compliance and staff retention & development. This role directly supervises, motivates and encourages all resident care staff.

- Answer call lights and requests in a professional timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and ensure resident privacy
- Report observed changes in resident's condition or behavior promptly to supervisor
- Order and receive medications
- Accurately document medication administration
- Provide quality resident care following their individualized care plans
- Make resident safety and satisfaction a priority
- Report to work on-time and ready for the workday

- Attend/complete required in-services and other mandatory trainings and meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Current Med Tech Certification preferred
- Minimum of one year of medication management experience preferably in the Senior Living environment
