What You’ll Do

As a Med Tech, you will help provide safe, quality care to residents by:

• Assisting with medication administration and documentation

• Maintaining accurate Medication Assistance Records (MARs)

• Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting concerns to nursing leadership

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal care

• Taking vital signs and supporting resident wellness needs

• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe medication room

• Supporting a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment

• Working closely with caregivers, nursing staff, families, and healthcare providers

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Med Tech experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

• Senior living, caregiving, healthcare, or medication administration experience is a plus

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when needed
