Med Tech 2p-10p

Duties:
- Knows and follows resident's plan of care and document appropriatley
- Assist with ADL's
- Administer medications under the direction of the DON
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to Residents and everyone in our building
- Ensure patient comfort and safety
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

-Observe , corrects when applicable, and reports safety hazards - Operates walkies, beepers, pendent shut off, and keys accurately

Skills:

- Ability to accurately document medical information
- Proficient in medication administration techniques/ Proficient Patient Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
