As a Med Tech with us, you'll provide direct care staff oversight and Med Tech training, in addition to medication administration under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will assist residents with medication administration and play a critical role that requires great communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

The Lead Med Tech also assists the Resident in maintaining both their independence and quality of life while promoting an environment that fosters independence, choice, and self-fulfillment. You'll use self-knowledge, effective communication methods, and awareness of residents' history & strengths to establish a close relationship with Residents and engage them in life.

Compensation: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour

• Speak, read and write English fluently
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and can ambulate quickly and often throughout a regular shift.
