We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Professional to provide total care assistance for a male client. The ideal candidate is experienced with G-tube feeding and Hoyer lift transfers, and committed to maintaining the client's comfort, safety, and dignity.

Responsibilites:

• Provide complete personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene)
• Perform safe transfers using Hoyer lift.
• Administer G-tube feeding and care as directed
• Monitor client's condition and report changes promptly
• Assist with repositioning, light housekeeping
• Ensure a positive, caring environment throughout each shift

Shift Schedule: Weekend shifts avaliable 6:00 pm - 6:00 am or 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

What Qualifies You?!

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• State issued Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation
• Background Check
• CPR Certifications
• 2 years of Experience
• APD required trainings
• Must be 21 years or older
