Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as experience in medication administration and patient care. This role is essential in providing high-quality medical support to patients, particularly those with disabilities and seniors requiring specialized care.

Duties

• Assist in the administration of medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Perform routine medical procedures, including catheter care and vital sign monitoring.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within medical office systems.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide compassionate support to patients, particularly those with disabilities or in senior care settings.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the medical facility.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care.
• Experience in medication administration is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with medical office systems for effective documentation and communication.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and provide senior care.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Certification or training as a nurse or similar medical technician role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic patient care at all times.
