The Springs at Lancaster Village is hiring experienced Medication Technicians to join our assisted living community. Job Responsibilities:

• Safely administer medications and treatments
• Measure and record vital signs and weight
• Communicate with physicians, implement orders, and document important health information
• Coordinate with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and other team members to support resident well-being

Shift Hours

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Friday-Saturday
• Swing Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00PM Sunday-Monday
• Position is Temporary

Med Tech Job Requirements:

• 
  Must be 18 years or older
• 
  1+ year of professional experience administering medications to multiple clients at once
• 
  Knowledge of medical terminology
• 
  Previous senior care experience as a Med Tech, Caregiver, Medication Aide, or similar role
• 
  Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• 
  Genuine compassion for seniors and dedication to quality care
