Med Tech/Caregiver - 2nd/3rd Shift Part or Full Time

```Duties:```

- Provide direct patient care in an assisted living facilitiy

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and preparing and serving meals. Adhereing to special diets: Diabetic, Soft Mechanical, Low Sodium....

- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the medical team.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Notifying director if inventories are low.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.

- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients.

- Provide a safe, clean environment for our residents which includes scheduled detail cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

- Restocking of supplies and notifying director when inventories are low.

```Skills:```

- Some knowledge of physiology and medical terminology.

- Capable of following MARS, Care Plans and Restorative recommendations from PT / OT.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
