Med Technician/Resident Care Supervisor

Bethany Village is currently accepting applications for full and part-time employment for Days and Evenings Resident Care Manager/Med Tech positions.

As a Resident Care Manager/Med Tech, you will be a vital member of our healthcare team, providing compassionate care and support to residents in a senior living environment. You will oversee the well-being of residents, including administering medications and assisting with daily living activities while ensuring a high standard of care and quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of resident care, ensuring adherence to care plans and medication administration protocols.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care strategies for residents.
