Summary:
Maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly manner in accordance with established procedures and as directed by the Assisted Living Director. Assures that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.:

- Helps Residents with ADL’s, Showers, Feeding, Nourishments etc
- Charts on each resident weekly
- Reports any residents incidents to A/L Director and completes incident reports
- Monthly weights and vitals
- Assists with scheduling transportation, doctor appts etc.
- Accompanies residents to appointments
- Inventories all personal items upon Admission
- Reports change of conditions to A/L Director
Education and/or Experience:
Six months or more experience working in an Assisted Living Community required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Med-Tech Certification preferred. C.N.A./ HHA preferred; First Aid/CPR required
PAY SCALE $19.10 - $21.00/Hour based on experience, plus shift differential
