Summary:
Maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly manner in accordance with established procedures and as directed by the Assisted Living Director. Assures that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.:

Six months or more experience working in an Assisted Living Community required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Med-Tech Certification preferred. C.N.A./ HHA preferred; First Aid/CPR required
PAY SCALE $19.10 - $21.00/Hour based on experience, plus shift differential

- Helps Residents with ADL’s, Showers, Feeding, Nourishments etc
- Charts on each resident weekly
- Reports any residents incidents to A/L Director and completes incident reports
- Monthly weights and vitals
- Assists with scheduling transportation, doctor appts etc.
- Accompanies residents to appointments
- Inventories all personal items upon Admission
- Reports change of conditions to A/L Director
