Our 1:3 staff-to-resident ratio allows caregivers to truly connect and provide meaningful support each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on senior care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Administer and document medications accurately in accordance with state guidelines.
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and serving nutritious meals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home, including daily housekeeping, laundry, and tidying of common areas and resident rooms.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and report changes promptly to leadership.
• Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of caregiving experience in senior care required.
• Med Tech certification required.
• CNA or PCA certification accepted.
• Proven reliability, compassion, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
