Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on senior care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Administer and document medications accurately in accordance with state guidelines.
- Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and serving nutritious meals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home, including daily housekeeping, laundry, and tidying of common areas and resident rooms.
- Monitor residents’ well-being and report changes promptly to leadership.
- Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of caregiving experience in senior care required.
- Med Tech certification required.
- CNA or PCA certification accepted.
- Proven reliability, compassion, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
