Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Arabic) Media Account Manager to serve as the primary link between our agency and our client portfolio. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, overseeing the flawless execution of social media campaigns, and leveraging data to demonstrate ROI. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional results that drive client retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship & Strategy

Act as the
primary client liaison
, managing day-to-day communication, expectations, timelines, and deliverables.

Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to present performance and align future strategies with client goals.

Identify and propose
upsell/cross-sell opportunities
(e.g., influencer collaborations, content production) based on client needs and campaign performance.
2. Campaign Management & Execution

Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for internal creative teams (designers, copywriters).

Oversee the end-to-end execution of the content calendar, ensuring quality assurance and brand guideline adherence.

Implement trending, organic-first formats
and suggest data-informed optimizations.

Manage community engagement and support basic paid ad.
3. Performance & Analytics

Monitor, analyze, and report on key
engagement metrics
(likes, shares, saves, comments) and campaign ROI.

Prepare and present monthly reports, linking analytics to business outcomes and strategic recommendations.

Set and track KPIs to meet and exceed client expectations.
4. Operational Excellence

Maintain high client retention rates
through excellent relationship management and consistent delivery.

Negotiate contracts and scope-of-work (SOW) agreements.

Mitigate potential crises through proactive communication and solution-oriented thinking.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Languages:
Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
is mandatory for client communication, caption writing, and community engagement.

Experience:
4-6 years of experience in
agency account management
with a focus on social media/digital marketing.

Platform Expertise:
High proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Understanding of emerging platforms is a plus.

Tools:
Experience with social media scheduling tools and basic design tools (e.g., Canva). Knowledge of analytics platforms is advantageous.
