Summary

The Media and Marketing Coordinatoris responsible for developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and managing all media channels (digital and traditional) to promote the brand, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth objectives. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Formulate and lead the annual and long-term marketing and media strategies to align with the organization’s overall business goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform strategic planning.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and track the marketing and media budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and a high return on investment (ROI).
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all communication channels to ensure consistency and strengthen brand equity.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM (PPC), email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Social Media: Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy (content creation, posting, engagement) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Content Creation: Direct the production of engaging marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, videos, and ad copy, ensuring all content is tailored to specific media channels.
  • Paid Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize conversions and achieve target KPIs.
  • Public Relations (PR): Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and enhance public visibility.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance against established KPIs.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization of marketing and media efforts.
  • A/B Testing: Lead A/B testing initiatives across creative, messaging, and channels to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Team Management: (If applicable) Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing specialists, coordinators, or content creators.
  • Agency Management: Manage relationships with external creative, media buying, and PR agencies or vendors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing initiatives support company-wide objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Marketing Expertise: Strategic Planning, Brand Management, Market Research, Campaign Management, Lead Generation.

Technical & Media: Deep understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM, Email, Social Media), Proficiency in marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Web analytics (Google Analytics), and Content Management Systems (CMS).

Analytical: Data analysis, interpreting KPIs (ROI, CTR, conversion rates), Budgeting, and Forecasting.

Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal Communication, Project Management, Leadership, Creativity, Detail-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Two+ years of proven experience in marketing and media management.
