Media Archivist

We are now looking for a highly organised Archivist to join our dynamic production team. You should be passionate about organisation, media and storytelling, whilst having a keen eye for detail. In this role you will work closely with Producers and Editors to find the perfect clips, footage and visual content to elevate our campaigns to the next level.

Key responsibilities:

• Organise, categorize, and curate extensive collections of footage, video clips, photos, and related content.

• Maintain a digital archive system that ensures easy retrieval and efficient management of assets.

• Work closely with the production and creative teams to provide relevant content for client campaigns.

• Ensure all assets are accurately tagged, documented, and stored in compliance with data management standards.

• Help streamline the content workflow, ensuring timely access to media for various projects.

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience as an Archivist, Media Librarian, or similar role, preferably within a creative, media, communications or government environment.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with digital asset management systems and media libraries.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative teams.

• Passion for media, storytelling, and creative content.

• Arabic and English language skills preferred.
