Big Drops Marketing Group is a leading performance Ad network with offices in the UAE, India, and the U.S. We specialize in promoting a wide range of offers across multiple channels, with a primary focus on email marketing. Our mission is to deliver high-quality traffic and measurable results for our clients, driving customer engagement and conversions through targeted campaigns.

We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer who can craft high-converting copy and optimize funnels from ad to checkout. The ideal candidate understands consumer psychology, performance marketing, and creative testing, and is comfortable working across ads, emails, and landing pages. You’ll be the creative force behind marketing angles, hooks, and messaging that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write direct response copy for ads, emails, VSLs, pre-landers, interstitials, checkout flows, and long-form sales pages.
  • Develop and test multiple marketing angles to improve CTR, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize landing page content, structure, and messaging for maximum conversions.
  • Build and format HTML-based email creatives (both text and design-heavy).
  • Run and scale social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Native).
  • Use AI tools to accelerate idea generation, ad variations, and A/B testing workflows.
  • Analyze campaign data to refine copy, funnels, and user flows.
  • Stay updated on best practices in direct response marketing, funnel optimization, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in direct response copywriting with a portfolio of ads, landing pages, and email creatives.
  • Deep understanding of funnels, VSLs, pre-landers, advertorials, interstitials, and checkouts.
  • Experience in landing page content optimization (headlines, hooks, CTAs, copy flow).
  • Hands-on experience with paid ads on social or native platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML for email builds and formatting.
  • Proficiency with AI-driven marketing tools (ad copy generation, split-testing, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and performance metrics.

Preferred Skills

· Familiarity with custom-built landing pages (no drag-and-drop reliance).

· Ability to experiment with different form styles, CTA placements, copy structures, and layouts to improve conversions.

· Strong understanding of user experience and funnel flow to reduce drop-offs.

· Knowledge of email deliverability & compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

· Background in affiliate or performance marketing is a big plus.
