We are seeking a talented Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated digital marketing professional who excels in crafting high-performing campaigns and thrives in a data-driven, collaborative environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Media Buying

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies aligned with marketing goals and audience insights
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer behaviours, and advertising opportunities
  • Evaluate and select suitable media placements across platforms to maximise campaign ROI and reach
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, KPIs, budgets, and timelines
  • Create detailed media plans, including platform mix, scheduling, and asset allocations

Campaign Execution & Optimisation

  • Execute and manage ad campaigns across:
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
  • TikTok, Twitter (X)
  • Conduct proper A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor campaigns in real time and make data-driven optimisations to improve performance and cost-efficiency
  • Troubleshoot issues with ad accounts and liaise with platform support where necessary

Analytics & Reporting

  • Implement robust tracking mechanisms to measure and analyse performance against KPIs
  • Prepare and deliver:
  • Daily campaign updates for internal review
  • Weekly summaries with key metrics and strategic insights
  • Midpoint and post-campaign reports using visual slide formats for client delivery
  • Utilise analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to extract insights and recommend refinements

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with creative, content, and business development teams to align campaign messaging with strategic goals
  • Participate in collaborative brainstorming to develop innovative, audience-relevant campaign ideas
  • Contribute to digital marketing proposal development, providing media planning input
  • Keep up-to-date with advertising best practices, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.

Qualifications & ExperienceEssential

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in media buying, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel paid media campaigns, especially across Meta and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative testing, and funnel optimisation
  • Advanced proficiency in ad management and analytics tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Excel)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly
  • Exceptional time-management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Desirable

  • Experience managing large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on ROI and efficiency
