Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, negotiate, and execute media buying strategies across digital and traditional channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and outdoor media).
• Analyze performance data and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to improve performance.
• Manage budgets and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and costs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist, preferably in real estate or agency environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for performance marketing.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
