Overview

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across all platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Develop and implement media strategies tailored for each platform to effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce engaging ad content - from concept and copywriting to final execution.

Define and manage campaign budgets, forecast ROI, and ensure efficient media spending aligned with business goals.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and KPIs (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.).

Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives, audiences, and placements.

Manage the company's social media presence by coordinating posting schedules, tracking engagement, and maintaining consistent brand identity.

Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and advertising platform updates, especially within the real estate sector.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying or digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, X Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate lead generation funnels and customer behavior.
  • Excellent understanding of digital performance metrics and campaign optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in budget management and ROI forecasting.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
