We are looking for a Saudi-based Community Manager to join our growing Studio X team. You'll be the voice of some of the world's most iconic brands, managing and nurturing their social media presence across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
You'll work at the intersection of culture, content and community, ensuring our brands remain relevant, engaged, and connected with their audience. If you are fluent in Saudi Arabic, passionate about local culture, and thrive in fast-paced digital environments, this role is for you.
Guide fit-for-platform content strategies rooted in cultural and platform-specific insights.
Partner with creative and strategy teams to deliver always-on content that fuels fandom and cultural relevance.
Develop platform-tailored content management approaches across paid and organic channels.
Identify trends and opportunities to inspire new content ideas and innovation.
Act as the brand's voice, engaging authentically and promptly with audiences across social platforms.
Respond to questions, resolve concerns, and nurture online communities in line with SLAs.
Build meaningful, two-way conversations that deepen audience connection and brand love.
Stay ahead of cultural trends, emerging conversations and local insights to shape engagement strategies.
Conduct social audits to ensure brand presence is optimized across platforms.
Provide data-backed recommendations to inform strategy and enhance performance.
Collaborate with regional and local teams to align global brand guidelines with market nuances.
Support real-time content creation with creative, influencer and media teams.
Based in Saudi Arabia with deep knowledge of the Saudi digital and cultural landscape.
Fluency in Saudi Arabic and English, both written and spoken, with strong caption writing skills in both languages.
2+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital engagement roles.
Background in FMCG, retail or similar industries is a plus.
Proven experience in developing always-on engagement strategies and managing live interactions.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, culturally sensitive environments.
Experience with social listening and analytics tools to track sentiment and performance.
Social Media Expertise – Deep platform knowledge and audience behavior insight.
Cultural Sensitivity – Strong understanding of Saudi consumers and market trends.
Community Building – Skilled at fostering authentic engagement and dialogue.
Creative Writing – Ability to craft culturally relevant and compelling content.
Real-Time Execution – Agile, responsive and proactive in fast-moving digital environments.
Data-Driven Mindset – Able to interpret data and inform strategies effectively.
Team Collaboration – Strong communicator and collaborator across teams and markets.
