Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to create impactful ad strategies that deliver measurable ROI.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Amazon, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
  • Plan media buying strategies based on audience insights, budgets, and business goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.

Campaign Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize to maximize ROAS, CTR, conversions, and overall profitability.
  • Manage budgets, allocate spend effectively, and scale winning campaigns.
  • Implement retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting tactics.

Audience & Keyword Research

  • Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Identify high-performing keywords, interests, custom audiences, and behavior patterns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends.
  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop effective ad copy, visuals, and video content.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies and messaging.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and scaling profitable ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and pixel management.
  • Proficiency with ad tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Amazon DSP, Google Tag Manager).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with programmatic advertising or DSPs.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization or CRO.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and analytic dashboards.
