Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The Media Buyer will be responsible for managing budgets, analyzing performance, and maximizing ROI through data-driven media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • Develop media buying strategies aligned with client or business objectives
  • Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize ads, targeting, bidding, and creatives
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements
  • Track KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Analyze performance data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and account teams to ensure effective ad creatives
  • Research audience behavior, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
  • Excellent budgeting and forecasting skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, or similar
  • Basic understanding of creative performance and funnel strategy

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Cost Per Lead (CPL) / Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
  • Conversion rate
  • Budget utilization and efficiency
