Media Buyer

Harmony Medical Group is looking for a skilled and data‑driven Media Buyer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic networks

- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance

- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad content

- Prepare performance reports and insights for management

- Manage budgets and ensure efficient spending across channels

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

- Arabic Speaker

- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or Digital Marketing Specialist

- Strong understanding of paid media platforms and analytics tools

- Ability to analyze data and make performance‑driven decisions

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus
