NESL-IT is hiring a performance-driven Media Buyer & Conversion Optimization Specialist for international lead generation campaigns in industries including:

  • Home Services
  • MCA (Merchant Cash Advance)
  • Medicare / Healthcare

We are looking for someone who understands not just how to run ads but how to generate profitable conversions, optimize funnels, and scale campaigns strategically.

About the Role

As a Media Buyer, you will manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms while working closely with SEO, content, design, and development teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

You will be responsible for:

  • Scaling campaigns profitably
  • Improving CPL & ROAS
  • Optimizing landing pages and funnels
  • Testing creatives and audiences
  • Supporting overall digital growth strategy

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and targeting strategies
  • Work on funnel optimization and landing page performance
  • Coordinate with designers and developers for high-converting creatives and pages
  • Track campaign performance and generate analytical reports
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, creatives, and landing pages
  • Support SEO and digital marketing teams with performance insights
  • Improve conversion rates across lead-generation campaigns
  • Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns

Requirements

✔ 3–6+ years of hands-on media buying experience
✔ Strong expertise in:

  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Conversion Optimization
  • Funnel Strategy

✔ Experience managing lead generation campaigns
✔ Understanding of landing page optimization and user behavior
✔ Familiarity with:

  • GA4
  • Meta Pixel
  • Conversion Tracking
  • Google Tag Manager
  • CRM integrations

✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills
✔ Excellent communication and strategic thinking ability
✔ Experience working with international clients preferred

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

  • Home Services campaigns
  • Medicare / Healthcare lead generation
  • MCA / Financial campaigns
  • High-budget conversion campaigns

will be strongly preferred.
