About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer with strong experience in handling D2C brand campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid ad campaigns primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for D2C brands.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Write and test ad creatives, headlines, and copy in collaboration with the design team.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CPP, CTR, and CPM.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads Manager tools, policies, and trends.
- Communicate campaign performance and strategy clearly with internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience running successful Meta ad campaigns for D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Hands-on knowledge of audience building, pixel setup, custom events, and remarketing funnels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Executive / Media Buyer.
- Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Ads / TikTok Ads is a plus (but not mandatory).
