Job Description:We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to run and scale paid campaigns with sharp targeting toward digital and impact investors. You will manage ads across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok, optimizing for performance and ROI while aligning with Renie’s mission and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns targeting digital and impact investors.
• Manage budgets across multiple ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok) to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Content Creator to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and platform updates for digital advertising.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in digital media buying with proven results.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis.
• Ability to scale campaigns effectively while maintaining high ROI.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
