Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking a highly driven and results-focused Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to lead our digital advertising and lead generation campaigns.
This is a strategic role for a performance marketing expert with proven experience in real estate advertising, audience targeting, and ROI optimization across major platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Create and execute lead generation strategies tailored for real estate sales and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve performance across audience segments, messaging, and visuals.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI and lead quality.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Align digital marketing campaigns with the company’s overall sales and growth objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and performance marketing.
- Proven track record in real estate lead generation and paid campaign management.
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer).
- Basic knowledge of creative design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
