Media Buyer | Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Media Buyer ,Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, negotiate, and execute advertising campaigns across digital, broadcast, print, and outdoor media channels. The ideal candidate will optimize ad spend to maximize ROI, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand messaging reaches target audiences effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager,Snapchat ads,tiktok ads), DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), and analytics tools.
  • Research, plan, and purchase media space/time across channels including digital (social media, programmatic, search)
  • Negotiate rates, placements, and value-added opportunities with publishers, networks, and vendors to secure optimal pricing and inventory.
  • Develop and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, DSPs, MMPs) and adjust strategies in real-time to improve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to align media strategy with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and present post-campaign reports detailing reach, frequency, conversions, ROI, and actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on media trends, emerging platforms, audience behaviors, and competitive landscape shifts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media partners and agencies to secure premium inventory and innovative opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 + years of experience in media buying, digital advertising, or media planning.
  • Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with programmatic advertising and data-driven audience targeting.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and multi-touch analytics.
  • Must work Full Time
  • Must have Certificates in Marketing or Digital Marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£25,000.00 - E£35,000.00 per month
