Senior Demand Planner

Job Description:

• Assist in preparing and analyzing demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plans.
• Update and maintain demand planning reports and dashboards.
• Monitor product performance and inventory levels to identify potential risks or shortages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to gather necessary data for forecasting.
• Support in reviewing and adjusting forecasts based on actual sales and business inputs.
• Participate in monthly demand review meetings and help in preparing relevant presentations and materials.
• Identify areas for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in ad-hoc analysis and projects assigned by the Demand Planning team.

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Previous experience in a relevant field from 3 to 5 years
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn about demand planning and supply chain processes.
