Media Buying Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Media Buying Specialist with 5+ years of experience in planning, executing and optimising paid media campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, performance-focused & experienced in generating high-quality leads while maximising ROI.

REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, launch & manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

-Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets, targeting, creatives & bidding strategies.

-Analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

-Conduct audience research, competitor analysis & A/B testing.

-Collaborate with creative, content and marketing teams and lead manager to develop high-performing campaigns.

-Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements:

-Minimum 5+ years of hands-on media buying experience.

-Real estate industry experience is required.

-Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

-Proven track record of driving qualified leads and achieving ROAS targets.

-Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other reporting tools alike.

-Excellent communication and project management skills.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
