Media Coordinator

As the Media Coordinator of Weller Media, you will play a critical role in supporting the agency's day-to-day operations. This position is highly collaborative and detail-oriented, requiring strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. You will work closely with internal teams and media partners to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Operations & Administration

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless workflow across the agency
  • Maintain organization of internal systems, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support ongoing coordination between creative, media buying, and account teams

Project & Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns and projects
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met
  • Help coordinate assets, materials, and communications across multiple stakeholders

Data & Analytics

  • Compile and analyze weekly and monthly lead, conversion, and performance data
  • Conduct market research and interpret ratings reports to identify trends and opportunities
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools (web analytics, rankings, ratings, etc.) to gather actionable insights
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and reporting dashboards with accuracy

Reporting & Presentations

  • Prepare clear, client-ready marketing reports and presentations
  • Translate data into digestible insights and recommendations
  • Support leadership with materials for client meetings and internal strategy sessions

Partner Communication

  • Communicate directly with media partners in a professional and timely manner
  • Help build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years minimum of media experience (broadcast, radio, billboards, print, and/or CTV media)
  • Familiarity with Asana or other task-management software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)

  • Experience with Strata, WideOrbit, or other media buying software
  • Billboard & out-of-home advertising management
  • Basic skills in creative software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Canva)
  • Experience with social media management and email marketing tools (Mailchimp)

  • Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 base, depending on experience

Weller Media offers a flexible, fast-paced environment where team members are trusted to manage their time and responsibilities. This role works closely with vendors and live campaigns, so responsiveness outside standard hours may be needed.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
