Job Summary

BTL-TV LLC is seeking a creative and organized Media Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of media content and broadcasting activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing media schedules, coordinating production workflows, and ensuring the smooth delivery of television and digital media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily media production schedules and broadcasting activities
• Assist in planning and organizing TV programs, segments, and content releases
• Liaise with producers, editors, presenters, and technical teams
• Manage media assets, archives, and content databases
• Ensure timely delivery of media content across platforms
• Support the production team during shoots, live broadcasts, and events
• Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Assist in quality control of media content before broadcast
• Communicate with external partners, guests, and advertisers when required
• Prepare reports on media performance and production updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Previous experience in media coordination, broadcasting, or production support is preferred
• Strong understanding of TV production workflows and digital media platforms
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with media editing tools and content management systems is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
