Educational Background
Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in Marketing Communications, Marketing Intelligence or similar
Technical knowledge
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Marketing
Experience in performance and digital marketing
Experience in budget optimization and campaign strategy
Ability to interpret KPIs (CPA, CTR, CVR, CPQL) and other performance metrics
Comfortable with analytical tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Power BI) to build insights
Solid project management experience and ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, agencies, partners
Automotive marketing experience is a plus
Expertise in major paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus
Customer orientation, core understanding of the customer journey
Soft skills/individual competence
Strong Analytical Skills, Strategic Thinking, Attention to details, Passion, Respect, Integrity, Discipline, Dedication, Commitment
Communication Skills to present data and explain performance results
Excellent English skills (in writing and verbally) is a must; Arabic and/or German a plus
Be an advocate for positive change and work fluidly supporting an agile delivery methodology
