Role Overview

We are looking for a Media Director to lead and oversee our media operations in Doha. This role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in media management, content strategy, and digital transformation. You will be responsible for shaping the company’s media vision, driving creative excellence, and ensuring operational efficiency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee content creation, publishing, and distribution across digital and traditional platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, editorial, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and ethical practices.
• Monitor audience engagement, market trends, and performance metrics.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor media teams, fostering creativity and innovation.
• Represent Epsilon Mag Media in industry forums and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in media management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of digital media, publishing, and broadcasting operations.
• Proven track record of delivering successful media strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
