Our client is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Media Planning Executive to join their growing team in Dubai.

About the Role

As a Media Planning Executive, you’ll support the planning team across key accounts and help deliver best-in-class, integrated media campaigns.

This position is ideal for someone who is eager to deepen their planning skills, has hands-on experience with essential media tools, and thrives in a dynamic agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated media campaigns.
• Build media plans across awareness, reach, engagement, and conversion objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reporting and insights.
• Conduct competitive research and contribute to planning recommendations.
• Collaborate with digital, buying, and finance teams to ensure workflow accuracy.
• Liaise with clients, creative agencies, and media suppliers to support campaign delivery.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of media planning experience within a reputable agency
• Working knowledge of X-Plan, Statex, IPSOS, GWI (Global Web Index).
• Familiarity with digital platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
