Your key responsibility in this role will be to support the media division and wider media team with their day-to-day duties relating to developing strategic channel/media approaches that routinely impress and excite clients.
About the Role
The key role of a media executive is to shape and execute effective advertising campaigns for clients. Your job will be to identify, advise how to reach target audiences; prepare media plans; launch campaigns; create reports and evaluate campaign performance. A report back to the wider team and the client on the findings and recommendations.
Responsibilities

Ability to understand the client(s) brief; ask relevant questions and plan media channels.

Media plan, recommendations based on client(s) objectives.

To create and manage MSG sheet and cooperate closely with the creative agency ensuring timely receipt of material and go live dates.

To track digital campaigns and connect with the tech team to ensure proper implementation.

To follow up with media and creative agency on proper implementation of campaigns.

Manage campaign launches; which includes client(s) expectations management in case of any delays/challenges etc.

To ensure booking by administration team is timely and accurate.

To prepare client status reports in the format required by the client e.g. Monday.com.

To prepare reports and optimization recommendations in required format.

Supervision of invoicing process.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field - which means that the talent can join the team and start immediately putting together media plans; reports; optimization recommendations; MSGs - for online, offline media.

Proven working experience of at least years in media planning (online, offline).
Required Skills

In-depth knowledge of advertising products; formats; channels and always up to date on any new products in market.

Knowledge in the various Digital platforms (Programmatic, Display, Video, Social, Search).
