Position Summary:

We are seeking a Media Graphic Specialist to join our Procurement & Supply Chain Management Planning Group . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing visually compelling materials and presentations for corporate management. This role involves the full creative process — from understanding requirements and conceptualizing ideas to creating high-quality visual content including illustrations, layouts, and infographics.

To succeed in this position, you must be a creative self-starter with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals that align with corporate branding and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop visual concepts by studying relevant information, data, and design briefs.
  • Illustrate concepts by creating design mockups, layouts, and sample visuals for review and approval.
  • Prepare finished artwork using appropriate design tools and software.
  • Create and maintain high-quality graphics for presentations, reports, corporate identities, logos, and multimedia projects.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors such as marketing, printing, and web design partners.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present design ideas.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with corporate branding guidelines across all materials.
  • Review and refine final layouts to ensure accuracy, visual appeal, and brand compliance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Test and optimize graphics across various media formats (digital and print).
  • Apply feedback to improve and finalize designs as required.
  • Contribute creatively to the continuous improvement of visual communication within the department.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication , or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and visual creativity.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , and InDesign .
  • Strong sense of visual composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Solid understanding of design production processes for both digital and print media.
  • Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of website design, corporate identity, packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
