What would you do? Graphic Designer , requiring a minimum of four years of experience in static and animated content creation and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, with Figma knowledge considered advantageous. Responsibilities include creating digital and marketing design assets, developing design concepts aligned with project briefs and brand identity, collaborating with various teams, managing animation assets, ensuring quality and brand consistency, handling multiple projects under tight deadlines, and maintaining up-to-date design trends. Candidates should possess problem-solving skills, a thorough understanding of graphic processes, flexibility in shift work, strong organizational abilities, and good communication skills, with a minimum educational requirement of graduation. Experience / Skill sets: Candidate with minimum of 04 years of hands-on experience on static and animated content creation Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes. Technical Skills Use of: Knowledge of Creative tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Figma is added advantage Roles & Responsibilities: Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is must Create visually compelling designs for digital and marketing assets such as emails, banners, presentations, dashboards, social media posts, web page

Organize and manage animation assets, templates, and project files for efficient workflow Review and refine animations to meet quality standards, ensuring precision in timing, transitions, and effects Analyzing the work received from client/onshore and identifying the missing elements in the same Stay flexible and efficient in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Stay updated with the latest trends and integrate fresh ideas into projects Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to ensure flawless final outputs Prepare output files ensuring they meet industry standards Problem solving skills Possesses a thorough understanding of Graphic Process Able to devise ideas quickly Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards under tight deadlines Flexible working in shifts Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused Good communication and interpersonal skills
