What would you do? A Motion Design Specialist is a motion graphics expert. This person can interpret concepts and written ideas. usually scripts. and translate them into an engaging motion picture that can be delivered in any digital video format for different web platforms. The Motion Design Specialist keeps knowledge up to date about different computer animation techniques and technologies as these are constantly evolving. In addition to performing different roles in the audiovisual production process (storyboard artist 2d digital animator. video/audio editor, VFX/SFX artist) the Motion Design Specialist should supervise the adequate execution of the defined tasks. Requires analysis and solving of High complex problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed. adapting existing methods and procedures.• Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.· Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. • Supervise and support team members to achieve specific tasks on creative projects. Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.
What are we looking for? • 8+ years of relevant experience in animation or motion graphics industry plus performing leading team role. • It is required to fluently speak English and Spanish to work with clients from LATAM. Advanced knowledge Adobe Illustrator. Roles and Responsibilities: •• Communicate with Project manager and creative teams to under5tand project scope and objectives. • Ensures alignment of scope and objectives to stakeholder expectations. • Defines clear, reasonable project goals for team members. • Supervise a proper video production workflow (Pre-production. production and post-production) is followed in every project • Lead ideation sessions to conceptualize, design, and produce visual and motion content in collaboration with team members. (storyboards, animatic, videos, styleframes, mood board, corporate videos, eleaming, websites, marketing demos, etc.) • Enables team members to create dear goals and helps them prioritize tasks. , Regularly monitors and tracks performance against targets. • Apply the animation principles while working with video editing and animation software (e.g. After Effects. Animate. Premiere. Photoshop, Illustrator, etc). • Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of files. • Collaborate with team members (editors, producers and other designers) to resolve technical and/or design issues. • Analyze and apply design and motion techniques that better suits the project to meet the desired quality, time and budget. • Create accurate time estimations for the different tasks involved in the video production process. • Performs Quality Assurance on its own and teammates graphic deliverables.
