Media Graphics Designer

The Graphic Designer is versatile and creative graphic designer with a strong foundation in both design and photo editing, bringing a hybrid skill set that bridges visual storytelling and technical execution. Experienced in producing high-quality graphics and edited imagery for corporate and creative environments, with a focus on brand consistency and audience engagement. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and execute all graphic design needs across the church, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment
  • Design and produce service media, including slides, screens, and visual elements for weekly experiences
  • Create and develop merchandise designs that align with event themes and overall brand identity
  • Establish and maintain branding for specific events, campaigns, and ministries
  • Oversee internal and external brand consistency across all platforms and communications
  • Design marketing materials for both print and digital advertising campaigns
  • Produce print collateral such as booklets, handouts, and promotional materials
  • Create engaging visual content for social media platforms to support ongoing communication and outreach
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing both print and digital platforms
  • Basic to advanced photo editing and retouching skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team setting

  • Ability to view screens for extended periods with attention to detail (color accuracy, layout, etc.)
  • Ability to bend, reach, and carry materials for event setup, merchandising, or print distribution
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying physical demands during events or production days
