This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead media campaign reporting, analysis, budgeting and support campaign execution across Broadcast: Linear, Connected TV (CTV) & Audio. You will also ensure that the integrity, timeliness and effectiveness of these campaigns are achieved, as well as being responsible for campaign communication, cross-functional collaboration (internal & external teams), and providing solution recommendations going forward.
What You’ll Do
Own the planning, budgeting, stewarding Linear, CTV and Audio Media Channels
Owns campaign set up and launches: collaborates with agency, production, ad ops to ensure partners are on time with trafficking & deliverables
Analyze marketing mix modeling (MMM) data and campaign performance insights to identify optimization opportunities and improve return on investment (ROI) and to improve efficiency
Evaluate media plans and delivery metrics including cost per thousand (CPMs), cost per point (CPPs), target rating points (TRPs) and daypart performance to make optimization recommendations
Lead the communication of key media campaign information and updates to cross-functional partners (Brand Strategy, Production, external Agency partners)
Serves as an informal mentor to coordinators across the Media team
Suggests and leads the development of process improvements and new procedures
Partners with Media Strategy Leads to plan and execute media campaigns
Own internal review meetings, content and follow up
Collaborates with internal partners to identify key feedback, solution recommendations and key action items coming out of internal reviews
Own the creation and execution of presentation deliverables for leadership and partners
Act as a self starter, with strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization skills
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve
What Skills You'll Have
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of paid media experience at a media agency and/or an in-house media department
Expert level understanding of paid media channel strategy, with a fundamental understanding of channel activation
Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet management within Google Suite
