Key Responsibilities

  • Lead agency-wide media operations, ensuring alignment in processes, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Own digital excellence in trading operations, including bidding tools, strategy frameworks, and testing new optimization technologies.
  • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, naming conventions, and account stewardship, ensuring consistency across teams.
  • Manage measurement and analytics teams, overseeing campaign performance reporting, insights generation, and visualization/dashboarding.
  • Identify what is working (and what is not) across campaigns, providing clear direction for optimization and process improvement.
  • Lead crisis management through strong operational processes and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with trading and product teams to implement new bidding technologies and optimization strategies.
  • Establish governance and best practices for campaign analytics, trafficking, and reporting standards.
  • Ensure integration of campaign insights into planning, trading, and client reporting.
