Job Purpose
To support the administrative and financial operations of the in-house Media Buying Agency through
SAP S/4HANA
.
The role ensures accurate campaign setup, vendor invoicing, and documentation, while assisting in the coordination of campaign and payment processes in compliance with internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and maintain
media campaign lines
in
SAP S/4HANA
, ensuring accurate setup and budget alignment.

Coordinate with Media Specialists and Business Requestors to validate campaign briefs and financial approvals.

Raise and track
Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, GRNs, and Service Entry Sheets
in SAP S/4HANA.

Process vendor and customer invoices, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely payment.

Liaise with
Finance, Procurement, IT, and external vendors
to resolve discrepancies or budget allocation issues.

Generate reports on campaign budgets, spends, and payment status for management review.

Act as
SAP Key User
, ensuring correct system usage, workflow control, and support for testing or configuration updates.

Support
journal entries, accruals, and project closure
within the campaign lifecycle.

Maintain complete and auditable records of all campaign and financial transactions.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum
5 years
in media operations, finance administration, or SAP-based campaign management.
Systems Expertise:

Proven hands-on experience with
SAP S/4HANA
(Finance, Procurement, or Project Systems modules).

Understanding of media buying and campaign lifecycle processes.
Skills:
