Job Purpose


To support the administrative and financial operations of the in-house Media Buying Agency through SAP S/4HANA .

The role ensures accurate campaign setup, vendor invoicing, and documentation, while assisting in the coordination of campaign and payment processes in compliance with internal procedures.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create, manage, and maintain media campaign lines in SAP S/4HANA , ensuring accurate setup and budget alignment.
  • Coordinate with Media Specialists and Business Requestors to validate campaign briefs and financial approvals.
  • Raise and track Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, GRNs, and Service Entry Sheets in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Process vendor and customer invoices, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely payment.
  • Liaise with Finance, Procurement, IT, and external vendors to resolve discrepancies or budget allocation issues.
  • Generate reports on campaign budgets, spends, and payment status for management review.
  • Act as SAP Key User , ensuring correct system usage, workflow control, and support for testing or configuration updates.
  • Support journal entries, accruals, and project closure within the campaign lifecycle.
  • Maintain complete and auditable records of all campaign and financial transactions.


Job Requirements


Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in media operations, finance administration, or SAP-based campaign management.

Systems Expertise:

  • Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Procurement, or Project Systems modules).
  • Understanding of media buying and campaign lifecycle processes.

Skills:

  • Strong financial accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Familiar with audit, vendor management, and internal control frameworks.
  • Process-driven mindset with problem-solving ability.
