Media Production Specialist (Video Engineer)

Summary

Trinidad Baptist Church is seeking a skilled and technically proficient Media Production

Specialist (Video Engineer) to support and enhance our worship experience through high-

quality multimedia production.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in live production environments,

particularly within a church setting, who can confidently manage ProPresenter, camera

switching systems, and livestream distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate ProPresenter as the primary software for live service presentation (lyrics, scriptures, media, and announcements)
• Execute live camera switching using ATEM/ATOM systems
• Manage confidence monitors and screen outputs for both in-house and stage display
• Prepare and organize weekly service presentations in alignment with the run of show
• Conduct pre-service testing and troubleshooting to ensure all systems are fully operational
• Manage livestream distribution using Restream to broadcast services to platforms such as YouTube and Facebook
• Monitor livestream quality and resolve technical issues in real time
• Collaborate with audio, production, and media team members to ensure a seamless worship experience

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ProPresenter is required
• Experience with ATEM/ATOM camera switching systems
• Familiarity with Mac Mini / Mac-based production environments
• Experience with Restream or similar livestream distribution platforms
• Strong understanding of live production workflows and troubleshooting
• Prior experience in a church or live event production environment preferred

Work Schedule:
