Media Production Specialist (Videography & Video Editing)

Sociogenic Marketing Agency is looking for a creative and motivated Media Production Specialist with strong experience in videography and video editing. The primary responsibility of this role is to produce high-quality, engaging video content for our clients’ social media platforms.

We are looking for someone who understands modern social media trends and can create visually appealing content that drives organic engagement. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and capable of bringing fresh ideas to improve the overall quality and impact of digital marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Film high-quality video content including brand shoots, client campaigns, events, and promotional material
• Edit professional short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style videos, and promotional content
• Create engaging and trend-aware content designed to increase organic reach and audience engagement
• Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for new types of content, campaigns, and storytelling formats
• Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to plan and execute content strategies
• Maintain consistent visual quality and branding across all digital platforms
• Manage and organize video footage, media assets, and project files
• Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, and social media formats

Requirements

• Experience in videography and video editing
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of social media video formats and trends
• Ability to independently shoot and edit high-quality video content
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
