Job Overview:
Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy is seeking a talented and experienced Media Professional to join our team working on the Operations and Maintenance Project for Riyadh Municipality - AMANA. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing media reports and press coverages for our contractor's projects and all works supervised by the consultant. This role requires a strong background in media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create compelling content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive media reports and press coverages for the Operations and Maintenance Project for Riyadh Municipality - AMANA
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and stakeholders in Riyadh
- Create engaging content for various media platforms, including print, digital, and social media, highlighting the project's progress and impact
- Monitor and analyze media coverage related to the company's projects and activities, particularly focusing on the Riyadh Municipality project
- Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate reporting
- Assist in organizing press conferences, media events, and interviews as needed • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in media relations, especially in the context of municipal projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in media, journalism, or a similar role, preferably with experience in infrastructure or municipal projects
- Saudi national
- Proficient in using computer programs relevant to media production and reporting
- Strong writing and editing skills in Arabic and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Knowledge of media law and ethics in Saudi Arabia
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in media production software and tools
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to translate complex technical information about municipal operations and maintenance into engaging content
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation
- Understanding of local government operations and public works projects is a plus
