In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and growing direct client relationships, delivering impactful media solutions, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and client-focused, with the interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Proactively identify and engage with potential and current clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals, highlighting the unique value proposition of our media assets to local, regional, and global brands.
- Assist in developing and implementing the Hypermedia sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
- Demonstrate our competitive edge and smart positioning in the market, using impactful sales presentation and negotiation skills.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities, providing insights that inform sales strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client servicing.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, continuously updating knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Must be based in Dubai.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the media, advertising, or digital signage industry.
- Experience the Digital Out of Home (OOH) advertising landscape is particularly advantageous.
- Proficiency with technology is a huge plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent executive skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for report delivery.
