Summary
At HMS, we make the healthcare system work better for everyone. We fight fraud, waste, and abuse so that people have access to the care they need—now and in the future. We’re seeking a Caseworker to join our team. This role begins onsite full-time during training and transitions to a hybrid schedule upon successful completion of training and performance review—allowing you to work part of the week from home.
This is a unique, specialized position offering comprehensive training—perfect for individuals with or without prior experience. If you have an interest or background in areas such as law (probate, elder law, Medicaid, subrogation), real estate valuation, investigations, or collections, this could be a great fit. In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload from start to finish—researching and investigating assets, filing probate claims, working with attorneys and stakeholders, and following each case through to closure or payment. No two cases are alike, making each day varied and engaging.

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
