Medical Admin - Customer Relationship Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Medical Administrator to oversee administrative and operational functions within our medical center. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare administration, strong coordination skills, and knowledge of healthcare regulations and insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative operations of the medical center
Coordinate patient registration, appointments, and medical records
Ensure compliance with Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) and other regulatory requirements
Maintain staff schedules, licenses, and credentialing documents
Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal memos
Liaise with doctors, nurses, suppliers, and external stakeholders
Ensure confidentiality of patient and staff information
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
Previous experience in a medical center or healthcare facility is required
Knowledge of MOPH regulations and medical licensing processes
Familiarity with medical insurance procedures and coding is an advantage
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office and healthcare management systems
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
